Stevo`s Pizza in Erie

Ordered from Crazy Oven on Peninsula Drive to give them a chance, as I have only ever had bad experiences with Stevo's downtown. After an hour and a half I called them only to find out that they only had one cook and no drivers that day and couldn't handle my online order so they transferred my order DOWNTOWN. Food arrived almost 2 hours after I ordered, after my kids had gone to bed, and now I'm stuck with almost $70 worth of food including driver tip and delivery fees. Not even an offer of credit. Never again.

Fresh fast and you get more than your money worth

About 10 years or better ago they had this teriffic pizza they called the ed ....it was honey mustard cajun chicken pizza do they still make it

Terrible service. Very unprofessional. After telling the manager I’m vegetarian and can not have pasta sauce that has meat in it, she assured me it didn’t. I get the pasta and there is a piece of a meatball in it. Confronting her the response was, the meatballs sit on top of the sauce and isn’t cooked in it. I was really upset. If she overlooks this, what else is she overlooking?Pizza was nothing to write home about, crust was nice. Fries no good. Onion rings good but that’s given pretty much everywhere.

On hold 10.minutes while staff could be heard joking then staff was rude when they finally remembered. Great pie bad service

I go here just about every week when I am in Erie. Love the quick service and wonderful pizza. A couple of pointers:Monday and Tuesday are dubbed 'neighborhood night' which means buy one, get one for $5 pizzas.They validate your parking ticket if you drive and park in the garage next door.They give you warm cookies at the end of your meal.They have happy hour drink specials.You need to go...its well worth it.

They have the best calzone I ever had! They are not chintzy with the cheese!

Ordered 1hr and 20 mins ago, still no delivery. 😣 If my food comes cold, I'm refusing the order and I will want a refund. If it's going to take this long, at least let me know! Don't say 1hr if it's going to take longer. I even called 20 mins ago and still no order!

We ordered from Steve o's tonight paid over $50 all the subs came wrong and then we call back their closed so we paid $50 for food we cant even eat

We love this Pizza, great pie for a great price.

Decent pizza but terrible customer service

Absolutely the best pizza I've had in a whileproblem is it's about 2 and 1/2 hours from our home so we won't be getting it any time soon🙁

Stevo’s Pizza is my favorite NY style pizza. Crispy and chewy. My recommended order is a large pizza half cheese half pepperoni.. don’t muck up your pizzas from here with too many toppings IMO.Also, eat Stevo’s when it’s hot.My one negative thing I will say about Stevo’s is that when they are super busy their pizza quality can suffer slightly.

I called to order and the guy that answered the phone was so dry and rude to me for absolutely no reason. When I realized that what I was planning on ordering wasnt being served at the moment, I was thrown off track and he kept rushing me, making me feel like I was being irritating and I was extremely uncomfortable. I was being polite the entire time and just as I was about to pay I tried to jokingly tell him he was being kinda rude (it's all in the tone) and instantly he said in an extremely rude and sarcastic tone "okay have my manager, I'll put you on hold." And before I could say a word, I was on hold for a good 5 minutes or so. In the end, it wasnt even the manager who answered the phone. At this point I didnt even want to order anymore so I just hung up because I was in disbelief at what just happened. I'm just going to get some pizza hut 🤷‍♀️

They have great pizza at superb prices and chose a good location in Downtown Erie, Pennsylvania.

Love steve os pizza if you havent try the meat stuffed pizza its the best

Bought butter and garlic 20 piece wings and large pizza with 1 item , my 1st time buying from Stevo, I heard wonderful things about the shop, very unhappy with my order, wings were over done , you couldn’t eat them, and pizza was under done, very doughy, I would never eat or recommend them to anyone

Ivhad ordered food for delivery and the delivery driver smelled like weed of this was my business i would not put up with it my employer wouldnt put up woth that period we will not eat at steveos pizza for awhile

Waited about an hour and a half for food to be delivered about 10-15 minutes away from my house. The food was still warm, but everything on the pizza literally fell off on every slice. Cheese and pepperoni just slipped right off, barely any sauce, so we were left with just a plain pizza shell. Extremely disappointed I spent $36 dollars on food that wasn’t even edible by the time I got it.

Really nice place...I love it, great prices and the food is delicious. Excellent service, I recommend the hot wings, large pepperoni pizza and everything else on the menu...lol

Without Steveo's, Erie would not have true NY style pizza. I crave their pizza, excellent crust, sauce and beyond generous toppings! For me, it's been the large meat lovers add banana peppers for the past 6 years. No reason to mess with perfection! Oh, and their carrot cake, is the best!

The pizza is great, but the customer service needs to get better immediately.

Great New York style pizza. All in all not bad . The inside is a little run down and could use some improvements. Otherwise the food was fast, delicious and great service.

Last night I ordered 4 Pizza's from here for a party I had attended. I asked the Birthday girl what her favorite Pizza was and this was the answer! I had the best service when ordering delivery over the phone, the wonderful lady even helped me out with coupons when I asked about it! The Pizza was absolutely amazing! I cannot believe it had taken me a bit to know about this hidden gem in Erie! I definitely plan on being a regular customer! The pizza is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and it was worth every Penny trust me! Thank you Stevo's!

It's my favorite pizza place in all of Erie. It's always warm and feels like a kitchen at my aunt's house. It's worth the time to stop in for a slice.

Really good pizza. I tried their deep dish spinach broccoli and tomato. Outstanding.

Their pizza is amazing! The chicken are amazing as well. I has the alfredo chicken pasta a couple time is really good just wish they would season the chicken a little because it was very bland.

Last weekend was the First time ever having Stevo's. My family tried two sicilian style pizzas: one with the chicken and banana peppers the other with steak, mushrooms and onions. We also tried garlic parmesan wings and hickory smoke bbq sauce wings. The chicken pizza with banana peppers was bland would have been much better if the chicken was seasoned. The wings and the steak pizza were good and had nice flavor. Overall I give this experience a 3.5

Basic pizza joint that takes advantage of hotel guests. We ordered while staying near the convention center due to the front desk recommendation. Missing dressings. No plates or napkins and one fork. This was actually comical. Thank you. That was a fun salad to eat. Lol

Good food, horrible customer service. I ordered tonight, my order was messed up. Not a big deal. However, when the delivery guy called to let them know the mistake the guy that had taken the order had him put me on the phone. Not thinking much of it, I took the phone where the guy proceeded to argue with me what I ordered. Again not that big of a deal to me, I’m used to dealing with people that think they’re perfect and make no mistakes. But then when I tried to explain that that’s in fact not what I ordered, HE HUNG UP ON ME!!!!! Mind you I was not rude or upset up until this point. Apparently this is acceptable behavior from the employees because when the manager wanted to speak to me, the second time the delivery guy called back, he didn’t seemed phased by this information. Real shame, I ordered from there about four to five times a week... not anymore.

I used to ALWAYS come to this place for pizza then I moved back to town and considered them for wings and pizza..... let's just say the wings were NASTY almost like chewy and dry and the pizza had a ton of cheese I never complain about too much cheese but good God i literally was just eating cheese pepperoni and a thin slice of soggy bread ... disappointed about the food I really wanted a good meal being back home :(

Horrible delivery driver. In the middle of a pandemic, he placed our food in our doctor's office waiting room and walked away. He did not acknowledge anyone or speak a single word. When we called to file a complaint, their manager wouldn't take the call. We placed a very large order, and it was greatly unappreciated. This place is disgusting.

I imagine customer service is something that is cared about by few in this establishment. The food is great if you can get it how you ordered it. Don't count on being taken care of if you get delivery though. If you get the wrong or unsatisfactory order, you're on your own.

Definitely crossing this place off of our list!Ordered the chicken alfredo and was very disappointed. The sauce was like a cheap white mac and cheese sauce and the chicken was so bland and dried out. Also we got a ham cheese and pepperoni calzone and the calzone came without ricotta!

VERY GOOD!! SERVICE WITH A SMILE!! NEVER BEEN UPSET WITH THEM.
